Review content:
I rented from the DTW airport location and the check in process was quick and effecient. The clerks were so cheery and polite I had no choice but to perk up myself. Upon my return of the vehicle I was late for my flight and forgot my coat in the back of the car. The folks there were so good to me. We turned around at the airport and the driver called back asking for someone to look for the coat, it was found and the clerk ran it out to the shuttle, ""RAN"" is actually what I saw. This nice girl running with my coat in hand. The driver grabbed the coat and we were off to the airport again. The whole delay was about 10 minutes and we made it to the gate on time. The driver even told me where to find my gate once I got through security and that it was really close. All in all they were the epitome of the phrase ""Customer Service"". Thanks to all of them for the help.
