I am an Enterprise Plus member and use them exclusively at other locations. This is the 2nd time i have rented from the Detroit location, but it will be the last. The person helping me with the car was not very friendly, but the worst part was when I returned the car. It took awhile and the rep noticed a golf ball sized dent on the roof. At no time have I ever checked a roof of the car and neither did the rep who helped me select the car. I had the car less than 48 hours and did not experience hail during that time. I am 99.9% sure the dent was already there when I picked-up the car, but the trunk was open pretty quickly when choosing it so there was no way I could find a dent even if I checked the roof. After dropping off the car, Enterprise filled out an incident report, took my insurance information, and made me pay my insurance deductible before even investigating (presuming guilt). They indicated that corporate policy is to replace the entire roof even for the smallest dents. It's completely ridiculous and embarrassing for something I didn't even do - very unsatisfying. more
