I went here on Saturday as part of a group of four. We made appointments for 2:00 for pedicures. Two of us were running a little late, but the other two were at the appointment on time. Apparently, this nail salon also took another appointment at 2:00 for two people. Not usually a big deal, but there were only four people working on this day. So, the two of us that showed up late sat with our feet in cold water for at least 20-30 minutes before we were even seen. Once they started on me (I say they because one person started, and halfway through someone else finished), they rushed me through the process. I spent more time soaking my feet than they spent on the pedicure. Because we were on a schedule that day, I didn't say anything once I paid and left. Once I got home later that night, I realized that my nails were uneven and there was quite a bit of polish on the skin near my toes.
I know it received great reviews, and we all heard good things about this place, but I was very unhappy with the service and felt very rushed. When the appointments were originally made, we were told we could pick what we wanted to do once we got there. One person in the group had to wait 30 minutes after her pedicure was done to get a simple manicure, and another in the group was told that they didn't have time to do her fills (I've been to many nails places, and I've never heard one turn down a request for a service). Even though we had an appointment and spent quite a bit of money that day, the walk-in appointments that came in during our services were put before our manicure appointments.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, good selection of colors
Cons: Having an appointment doesn't seem to matter
