The prices are very reasonable. You also are treated to a complimentary beverage. The quality of the manicures, pedicures, and acrylic set is phenomenal. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get your nails done in a comfortable environment that DOES NOT stink like acetone or have acrylic dust floating around, THIS is the place. There are large plasma tv's facing the client and relaxing music in the background for you to truly relax while getting your nails done. Great nail salon, good locations 11/24/2009

My experience at the Austin location was respectable. It's a great salon, very comfortable atmosphere. Although, their prices aren't posted at the shop (you have to ask to see the price book) or listen online, they're pretty reasonable. The gentleman doing my acrylics didn't talk to me, ask me how I was doing. He did a beautiful set of acrylics, but I would have appreciated a warmer experience. When I go to a salon, I like to talk to the person working on my nails. I tried to engage him in conversation, ask him about himself, etc., but he was non-responsive. He also didn't know what I meant when I asked him to round the tips twice... even with hand motions. Overall: great salon, great atmosphere, decent prices. Pros: Great quality acrylics Cons: Confusing staff more

I've been to a LOT of nail salons... and I'm pretty picky when it comes to pampering and honest to god, they do a d*mn good job here! Nice clean massage chairs? Check! Large selection of polish colors? Check! Friendly and competent staff? Check! Other things that are awesome? The bathroom is clean. AND I love that they always offer a free beverage even though I could really care less. Do the Spa Pedicure with the paraffin wax treatment. Makes your skin feel like a baby's butt! more

Prior to being a loyal customer at this sweet salon for several months, i had my good and bad experiences at close to two dozens salon in town. But this one has me holding a 5-star rating at a heart beat. They greet me by name, know my polish choice and even recognize my voice on the phone whenever i call in for appointment. I had my trials on gel nails for 3 months, then switched to pink and white acrylic for a couple of month, and now back to gel nails. I am satisfied at both choices. i like the shininess from the gel, and the toughness from the acrylic. I like the fact that every technician i have had so far has been very attentive and skillful. One may file faster than the other, but they are all great. Their tools, their files, their tables are clean and neat. They are cheerful and fun to chat with. So, yeah, it's defintely a great place to get my beauty treatments done with a sure satisfaction. Pros: Ambience, quality products, great prices, service more

A couple times a month, however, I like to pamper myself a little bit by going to Enso and I really enjoy it every time. The staff is friendly courteous and highly professional. Enso Nails Rock 11/2/2009

I can't even tell you how many nail salons I've been to. Whether it's here around town for while traveling for work. It's always the same. I have solar nails on and since I've worn it for a number of years I'm pretty knowledgeable myself about the product and the general process. You know how when you first sit down the nail tech and you can pretty much figure out if they're gonna be good or not? What's refreshing is that I always get a great feeling when I get stuff done at Enso Nails. I never have any lifting, ever. The quality of the powder they use compared to some of the other places is night and day. Enso Nails is such a treat. more

I had heard about Enso Nails from a friend who has been going there for a while, but I was hesitant to try a new place out. And I don't know about you but with my experience every nail salon is just like the next. The ice cream color walls with big hand pictures and garage sale furniture with people yelling at each other four ways 'til Sunday. But since I've tried Enso Nails I've been hooked. They really are such a great place. The color selection is humongous, the staff is professional, the prices are super affordable! Mani/Pedi is only $34.00. And the fact that they offer 48hr free repairs mean they really stand behind their quality of work. I recommend it for sure :o) more

They all have the same cheesy cattle herding feel and they're all about as professional as a teeth whitening booth at the mall. They all trash talk the salon I've been to prior and doesn't deliver anything better to back up their claims. With that said I've fell in love with Enso Nails! The feel is casual but super nice, everyone is very knowledgeable of their field. Best of all the solar set that I got came out amazing. In fact I had no idea how bad mine were until I got them done at Enso. On top of which it's been 3 weeks and I don't see a single area of lift. No more salon hopping for me. Pros: most beautiful solar nails i've ever seen! more

fantastic service at a great price 9/24/2009

I work in the area and always try to pop over with a couple of the girls from the office at lunch time for a mani/pedi break whenever we can. My girlfriends and I have always enjoyed it here. The prices are great, the services is always fantastic. And the fact that they contribute to community events make me wanna spend my money here even more since I'm a big fan of buying locally and not so much big corporate.
