Have to admit that as a guy I have never had a massage so wasn't sure what to expect First, when I walked in it was very comfortable and welcoming. I felt right at home. They immediately greeted me and since I was a little early, got me a cup of coffee and a comfortable place to sit. The massage itself was excellent and relaxing, just what I have been needing lately with my schedule. I would definitely go back. A definite recommendation! more

Fantastic place 2/19/2011

Enchantment Spa is a beautiful place, with great interiors. My first visit here was on Valentines weekend with my boyfriend and I was surprised at how beautiful and professional the place is. My valentines gift to my boyfriend was the combination couples massage for 60 mins. The massage was terrific and the massage therapists did a great job, my boyfriend praised the spa and he likes it very much. The prices were right. I enjoyed the services and the customer service. I would definitely come back again. more

I have gone to numerous spa in town, but I like this spa best. It is nice ambiance and reasonable prices. Staff are sweet and plaisant. I always satisfied leaving there. This spa is my unwind destination. I would recommend this to anyone. more

Having this day spa close to home is not saying much when the staff here at Enchantment Day Spa work very hard to accommodate my needs after work or before a long weekend of social functions. A girlfriend and I went to this place to get our feet done, and was that ever a mistake!!! They filed our nails too short, and cut our cuticles too low, so now my feet hurt. One of my cuticles was bleeding when we left, but i couldn't do anything about it because the lady doing my feet couldn't converse with me. \r It's just not worth it!! I woun't ever go back. I have found this salon from a co-worker. She came here to get her nails and feet done. She always spoke highly about Tram's work. It is the most natural pink and white I have ever had. I'm so happy with her service, I would recommend her to whoever is looking for a new nail tech Pros: best pink and white nail service more

an idea place for beauty care 8/22/2009

I have been a frequent client of this spa for the last four years. I loved this place so much, such a relaxing, nice spot to get my nails and feet done. They did a nice job keeping the place in good shape and clean condition all the time. I felt welcomed and being treat very special.\r I recommended this spa to many people and all my friends. Wonderful Spa Services 8/13/2009

Tram is a fantastic nail technician and the women that work for her are very good and extremely pleasant. I recently had two different pedicures from two different women and both experiences were great. Tram has been my nail technician for years and I would NOT go anywhere else to have my hands and nails worked on--she is the BEST!! This Place is Fantasic 8/11/2009

I loved my experience at the Enchantment Day Spa. I had a facial & massage. The ladies were all very professional and you can tell they really love what they do. The spa is very beautiful and they offer a wide variety of services. My next service will be ey eye lash tinting and curling. This place is a hidden gem. Right behind McDonalds on 212 in Eden Prairie. (By Starbucks) No need to buy coffee there because they serve you beverages. more

NEVER AGAIN 8/5/2009

I will never go to this salon again. I made an appt for my girlfriend and I for paraffin wax pedicure and manicure. I was given the luxury pedicure which is not even the same and costs just as much. I kept thinking when is she going to do the wax. Then when she started painting our nails I knew she didn't know what was going on and asked about the wax she just nodded her head and smiled. I thought maybe they don't have paraffin wax maybe they misunderstood me in the first place. So when our nails were drying I checked the brochure and sure enough they do have paraffin wax so I told the lady at the desk what had happened and I was very upset; my girlfriend had never had a wax pedicure and this was a special occasion I was treating for. She said she would comp me the next time but did nothing for my friend whom I was paying for. I did get my next wax pedicure for free but it took forever because it was the same lady who doesn't understand anything I say and didn't know what she was doing. She also screwed up not only the filing of my nails -- one was straight across the other rounded but she also screwed up the flower design on one of my nails. HOW DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE WORKING THERE THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND A THING YOU SAY AND DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO GIVE THE SERVICES YOU OFFER? Needless to say I will NEVER go there again. not worth it 7/14/2009

i'm a regular here at ERDSPA. most times i['m pretty happy with the outcome of the services i've recieved there.and all the girls seem to do a pretty good job. but recently there's been new workers there. to be honest the place is very nice but i expect that the workers should be able to communicate with their clients. i could barely understand most of them which had caused me to become really frustruated because my service was not worth the money i'd paid for. somehow most the regular faces are all gone. new faces showed up and i believe most of them are new in this business. advice to people who decide to come here. research on who does best in what and stick to one technician. therefore you won't be dissapointed like i was. Beautiful Pink and Whites! 4/9/2009

Absolutely the best nails by Tran! She takes her time and scultps them so they look natural. She also gives you the VIP treatment with hot oil, towels and beverages. Very clean and upscale. It's conveniently located next to Eden Prairie Center. I highly recommend it! Pros: Clean, Quality, Value more

My First Time 3/27/2009

I am a construction worker. I had a date on one Friday after work and My hands were terrible. I wanted to make a good impression for my date so a girlfriend of mines suggested I give Enchantment Retreat Day Spa a try. Being a guy, I wasn't really sure if it was manly enough to go but having to impress someone for the first time motivated me to go. When I got there, stepping in, the place looked great. I was greeted with the most wonderful people and the cutest girl. I got my hands fixed up and was feeling a little stiff. They suggested that I get a massage. What the hell, why not right? I needed a good stretch. So Tiffiny; my massuece gave me the works. She was great! awsome hands with great power for a little asian girl. Took care of all my knots. LoL This place was nice, smells good, easy to find, affordable, and respectful. I would recommed myself coming back and anyone who wants a nice retreat even if it's your first time. Memorable Valentine together! 3/9/2009

The best spa in town, peaceful atmosphere, great services.\r We had our first experience for couple massage on feb14 2009 for Valentine together and we loved it! The spa is beautiful, the decor is tasteful. The furniture is comfortable and the magazine selection is great. Best massage with perks at Enchantment Retreat salon and spa with Heidi . I enjoyed a extremely relaxing massage with her. I absolutely love this day spa. Tram, the manager/owner, is wonderful to work with as well as all of her staff They are friendly and flexible. You can make appointments or just stop in. They are always willing to help you. The quality of the services received here is excellent. The pricing is very reasonable and the availiability of services is very broad. The shop is very clean, has a great relaxing environment. It is conveniently located next to the Eden Prairie Shopping Center and you can park right outside the front door. And they are opened seven days a week. This spa is beautiful as decor, very cleaned and relaxing. I came here for a Spa pedicure, it was the best pedicure i ever have, the girl who does my feet is excellent, she took times to clean my cuticles and my heels, my toe nails are so smooth and shine, I loved them! This is a wonderful, relaxing day spa. Beautiful atmosphere and very talented and friendly staff. Large selection of services that are all excellent. The best pedicure massage chairs in the Twin Cities! I have had the pedicures, manicures, fills, massages, facials and eye lash extensions.
