I will never go to this salon again. I made an appt for my girlfriend and I for paraffin wax pedicure and manicure. I was given the luxury pedicure which is not even the same and costs just as much. I kept thinking when is she going to do the wax. Then when she started painting our nails I knew she didn't know what was going on and asked about the wax she just nodded her head and smiled. I thought maybe they don't have paraffin wax maybe they misunderstood me in the first place. So when our nails were drying I checked the brochure and sure enough they do have paraffin wax so I told the lady at the desk what had happened and I was very upset; my girlfriend had never had a wax pedicure and this was a special occasion I was treating for. She said she would comp me the next time but did nothing for my friend whom I was paying for. I did get my next wax pedicure for free but it took forever because it was the same lady who doesn't understand anything I say and didn't know what she was doing. She also screwed up not only the filing of my nails -- one was straight across the other rounded but she also screwed up the flower design on one of my nails. HOW DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE WORKING THERE THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND A THING YOU SAY AND DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO GIVE THE SERVICES YOU OFFER? Needless to say I will NEVER go there again.

Cons: don't speak english and cannot understand what you say
