I paid a sizeable installation price for this worthless system ~ I have had NUMEROUS service calls (the techs are always courteous and SEEM helpful) but the same problems of SPONTANEOUS BEEPING resumes a day or two after they leave. The Green ""ready"" light is never on.\r
This is a 2-year contract to pay for monitoring and I am at the end of my rope. I spoke to a phone rep last night, and advised that if a repair tech doesn't fix this system today, I will be tempted to totally dismantle it. It's 9:30 AM on Monday, and no one has called. \r
Last weekend (Labor Day) I was advised (over the phone) how to disconnect the system and its back-up battery, which I did. I was told it was the fault of my digital phone being tested at a similar time (about 2AM) as the EMG system, and that would be changed to 8 AM by EMG. As of Sept. 6, that wasn't changed. And the SPONTANEOUS beeping resumed. \r
With one phone rep this past week, I went through ARMING the system, breaking the seal by opening a door, to see what signal the company received. The resulting ""ALARM' was so PUNY & WEAK, it didn't even wake my puppies who were asleep. Disarming then stopped the beeps for almost 24 hours! (Yea)\r
I have done everything, called everyone I can find, and still I sit here waiting for a response to these problems..........and no one's here. (I told the rep last night that I have a 10:30 appointment this morning, and was reassured I'd see their repair tech EARLY. \r
BROKEN PROMISES, INEFFECTUAL REPAIRS, NON-RESPONSES FROM CALL AFTER CALL! I AM VERY SICK OF THIS SYSTEM. \r
I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY AS MISREPRESENTING THEIR SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
