Stay far away from this company. They sent me to a collection agency without sending me a final bill after cancelling my service with them. They don't seem to want to help me resolve the issue. I cancelled my bill on Feb 13, 2018 with Thea Colonna and then paid what I thought was my final bill and it cleared on Feb 24, 2018. Never got another bill and by end of March, I had a debt collector calling me. They now say my account automatically renewed for 2 years without telling me, but won't send me my contract outlining where it says that. And why would I cancel if I have to pay through May 2019? Thea Colonna on Feb 13, 2018 did not make me aware of that upon cancellation. Now Stephen Cantwell with EMG tells me to pay up and won't send me the contact. When I asked for a copy of my contract, he only replied "if you're not interested in paying the bill, then please contact the debt collector lawyer." I will pay if I'm supposed to, but I would hope that they would want to help their customer understand the reason why they are being charged.They make it extremely hard to cancel, poor customer service not wanting to help me understand the charges and unethical business practices sending someone to collections without sending a final bill (if the bill is even valid).
