In January I booked ELS for my daughters wedding.8weeks before the wedding my son in law to be was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and needed to start chemo immediately. They decided to postpone the big day til next year. I phoned ELS to try to get the date switched, I wasnt asking for a refund. I have never in my life encountered anyone quite like the owner Keith. Basically his answer was to bad for you we have a contract. I did use the party bus because i was not going to let it go to waste. The bus was dirty and a seat was wet. The bus driver was really nice though. Just thought I would let everyone know what a heartless company this is. more

Consumer's BEWARE!!!! Customer service is NOT where it should be. They will not go above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. As far as ""the customer is always right"" that does not apply here. Something about keeping the customer's money when a service is not provided just doesn't seem ethical or acceptable in my opinion. I recommend finding a business that is sensitive to the consumer's needs and also has the capacity to be empathetic in extenuating circumstances. more

Love ELS. We were a party of 4 girls flying to FL on a get a way extended weekend. We used ELS to take us from Green Bay WI to Appleton WI airport. Our vacation started in that limo. We had so much fun. Our driver treated us like royalty. No complaints, only compliments to ELS - we rode to and from the airport a few days later in style and the driver treated us like royalty. Best Limo ever!!! In the past 8 years, I have stood up in 9 weddings (1 my own) and ELS is always the BEST!!! I am usually in charge of transportation for the wedding party and that's awesome because I only have to make 1 phone call!! They are always on time and their vehicles ROCK!!! They are so clean and smell great!!! As the FIRST person to rent the Harley truck, IT WAS THE BEST EVER!!! I have always referred ELS and will continue to forever, because they really are the best limo service in the area. WE SCHEDUALED WITH ELS FOR OUR WEDDING WHEN I CALLED A MONTH BEFORE TO SET UP A LIMO FOR THE BACHELOR PARTY THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SWORE SAYING SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF ""IF YOU F'ING GUYS SPILL ONE F'ING DRINK YOUR OUT OF THE F'ING LIMO THE NIGHTS OVER"" NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS VERY UPSET AT HOW I WAS TREATED AND WHEN I TRYED TO CANCEL THE LIMO FOR OUR WEDDING NOT CARING THAT I WOULD LOOSE THE $400.00 I PUT DOWN THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL! THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TAKE ME TO COURT TO PAY FOR A LIMO I DIDNT EVEN USE AFTER THEY ALREADY MADE $400 OFF OF ME FOR NOTHING! THEY INSIST I PAY THEM THE ADITIONAL $1600!! On my wedding day it was 95 degrees out. When I got into the limo it was like an oven. The driver informed me that the air conditioner broke, & was not fixable. Are you kidding me??
