Review content:
Consumer's BEWARE!!!! Customer service is NOT where it should be. They will not go above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. As far as ""the customer is always right"" that does not apply here. Something about keeping the customer's money when a service is not provided just doesn't seem ethical or acceptable in my opinion. I recommend finding a business that is sensitive to the consumer's needs and also has the capacity to be empathetic in extenuating circumstances.
