In January I booked ELS for my daughters wedding.8weeks before the wedding my son in law to be was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and needed to start chemo immediately. They decided to postpone the big day til next year. I phoned ELS to try to get the date switched, I wasnt asking for a refund. I have never in my life encountered anyone quite like the owner Keith. Basically his answer was to bad for you we have a contract. I did use the party bus because i was not going to let it go to waste. The bus was dirty and a seat was wet. The bus driver was really nice though. Just thought I would let everyone know what a heartless company this is.
