Saved the day 1/23/2014

Whenever you have a tire blow out on the way to work, you immediately feel like your day is ruined! I had my car towed to Elliott's Tire and was expecting to dish out a lot of time and money. Fortunately, that was not the case at all. I was in and out of the shop fast,at an affordable price and back on my way to work in no time. more

Solved the sensor 1/2/2014

Brought my Mazda in because my check engine light popped on and Elliott Tires was right around the corner. They checked it out right away and found out to be just a sensor. They had me back on the road in no time. more

Saved the day 11/27/2013

I rarely take the time to write reviews but I have to give credit to Elliott Tire SODO for getting me back on the road in a time to make it to my sisters wedding. Tires were replaced, balanced, rotated and I was in and out in no time, without trying to be upsold on unnecessary repairs. more

Grateful to this shop 11/21/2013

I am writing this review to let everyone know how great and wonderful Elliott Tire and Service was in a time of crisis. I am from Bellevue and have a trusted mechanic but on this day I was at their mercy. Mercy is what they showed me. My car started acting weird as I was coming off the freeway and they were the first shop I could pull into. I was frustrated and a bit concerned as I had appointments all day and couldn't be without my car. As I walked in I was greeted by two nice gentlemen who were both smiling and warm. I explained to them as best I could what the car was doing. They said that it would cost $89.00 for a diagnostic and they would get it in right away. I only sat for about 15-20 minutes when the service manager came up to me and let me know that it was a loose ignition wire and that it was fixed at "NO CHARGE". I consulted with my regular mechanic who told me they could have charged me so much more. I am so grateful for their courtesy and honesty. I would highly recommend more

Thorough diagnosis 10/29/2013

I'm a frugal DIY mechanic, but my '89 GMC Safari Van with '94 Chev truck 350 would not pass emissions test. Joey hooked my up with quick, honest, and thorough diagnosis ad 8 new spark plugs. I am pleased and I did not expect this. Working around this V8 in this mini van is punishing. Thanks Joey and Joe. more
