The first time I went to this store, I didn't know what to expect. I have become used to any & all businesses that provide car services to take advantage of Women who know very little about cars, such as myself. I found that this was not the case here. The Staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind & very professional. They worked very hard to get me in & out quickly. I returned today, months later, for assistance w/a non-warranty issue. When I found it was not covered by the warranty they worked w/me to wrk out a pymt arrangement to ensure that I could get the service needed to be safe on the road. Who cares enough about Customer Service now a days to do that? They Do!!
