I am writing this review to let everyone know how great and wonderful Elliott Tire and Service was in a time of crisis. I am from Bellevue and have a trusted mechanic but on this day I was at their mercy. Mercy is what they showed me. My car started acting weird as I was coming off the freeway and they were the first shop I could pull into. I was frustrated and a bit concerned as I had appointments all day and couldn't be without my car. As I walked in I was greeted by two nice gentlemen who were both smiling and warm. I explained to them as best I could what the car was doing. They said that it would cost $89.00 for a diagnostic and they would get it in right away. I only sat for about 15-20 minutes when the service manager came up to me and let me know that it was a loose ignition wire and that it was fixed at ""NO CHARGE"". I consulted with my regular mechanic who told me they could have charged me so much more. I am so grateful for their courtesy and honesty. I would highly recommend Elliott Tire and Service to anyone living in or around Woodinville.
