Dr. Freeman and Tiffany 1/12/2012

EXTREMELY SATISFIED! =) I highly recommend Dr. Freeman. He is instrumental and very kind - talks you through what's going to happen and does his job so well you feel comfortable! Which is very important to me. Also his employee (Tiffany) is out of this world. She does so many things to perfection she makes me not want to brush my teeth just so I can come back and visit more (lol). This woman knows whats she's doing and I can't say enough good things about her. Tiffany is truly a remarkable employee! Thank you very Dr. Freeman & Tiffany =) Tom P. more

Excellent 1/6/2012

My daughter and I went to Elite Smiles at different occations and walked away with a great feeling. We were taken care of and I felt like I could ask questions. They were not in a hurry to see someone else, I was their main focus, unlike other places. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience. more

All the staff at Elite smiles are wonderful. I felt at ease during my appointment, everyone is great!! Dr. Freeman is a great dentist and the hygienist and front desk staff too. Thanks so much for making my visit easy! I won't be scared to return :) more

Best Dentist Ever! 12/15/2011

I just finished up my 3rd appointment with Dr. Freeman. My first visit was a cleaning with Amy, and a consultation with Tiffany about my dental plans. I have NEVER had my teeth cleaned so well. Any other time I could still see stains on the back of my teeth. She did an awesome job! My next appointments were to redo old fillings. They were quick and painless. You would never know that I had a filling. I didn't even feel the shot! As a child my dentist had to come in on Saturdays, so that the other patients wouldn't think I was being killed in the next room. So I have dentist issues to say the least. I have been to dentists in Palatka, St. Augustine and Palm Coast that just don't compare to Dr. Freeman and his staff. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning appointment! Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. more

Happy Teeth 12/15/2011

I can't say enough great things about Elite Smiles. I have been avoiding the dentist for the last 3 years because I have major anxiety for the dentist. Elite smiles was more like a spa then a dental office. Everyone is extremely polite and they have all of the cutting edge tools that made my experience very positive. more

Partial Crown Experience 12/7/2011

I had the best dentist experience I have ever had at Elite Smiles. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they went the extra mile to make sure I understood every aspect of the procedure, which was a partial crown. The fact that they wanted to "save" my original tooth is wonderful. The procedure was painless and very efficient. I walked out of the office with my partial crown, not a temporary crown. It was a one stop visit. I feel like I have a brand new tooth, no discomfort, no aching, nothing! I have been singing Elite Smiles praises ever since! I would highly recommend! more

Great Service! 11/30/2011

I had a great visit to Elite Smiles. It was my first time there, and probably the best dental appointment I have ever had. Amy, the hygienist, was fantastic. She explained each step of the appointment. I was very impressed with the newest equipment in the office. It was so much better getting my teeth cleaned with up to date gadgets. It was nice to meet Dr. Freeman as well. He was very polite and respectful about my questions. I have many problems with my teeth, and was told several options to resolve these problems. There was never any mention of other treatments for teeth, other than the ones related to my specific problems. I plan on having all of my my family receive dental care at this office. more

I was extremely pleased with my appointment with Elite Smiles. Amy, the hygienist, was friendly, informative, and gentle in the cleaning of my teeth. She was also very gentle in taking the x-rays. Dr. Freeman came in and talked about the issues I have with my teeth. He suggested some choices, but never made me feel like he was pushing a treatment plan at me. He answered all of my questions very clearly, and said to contact them if I had further questions related to making a decision in proceeding with further work. We never even discussed whitening, or other services. I am planning on taking my 3 boys there, one of whom is autistic. It isn't often that I feel comfortable taking my son to a dentist. Very impressed with the staff and cutting edge equipment. The first pain free dental visit I have ever had! more

My First Visit to your Office 11/17/2011

Loved the prompt customer service, the dental hygienist's knowledge and attention to detail, the high-tech dental equipment and Dr. Freeman's upbeat, down-to-earth approach to his patient. The reception area and individual patient rooms are sparkling clean and aesthetically soothing. I was treated with respect and listened to. All-in-all, a very positive dental experience. Dr. Freeman, his wife Jenny and his staff make you feel comfortable and completely satisfied with their service and professionalism. The office is well designed in both architectural details and the most modern equipment. But again, most importantly they make you feel appreciated and at home. Not at all pushy!! more

4.5 cause he is a Dentist... come on no-one really likes the Dentist 11/11/2011

One of my least favorite things to do.... Hate it Hate it Hate it... That being said, the folks at Elite Smiles did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and to reduce my stress level. I went in for a partial crown, and when I was done I knew I had found "My Dentist". Very shortly there after I brought my wife and 3 boys in for checkups and cleanings and we have all been very pleased. We have had several filling done, sealant for my kids, and my wife is almost finished with the Invisalign process. Like I said... no0one really like the Dentist... but this is a very nice place with fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff members. Thank you for all you have done for my family. more
