The staff at Elite Smiles is always professional and friendly. Dr. Freeman is also very professional, competent and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this practice. more

Life Saving Advise 7/13/2011

I am one of the unfortunate individuals that have a life threatening condition. It's called Sleep Apneia whereby I stop breathing multiple times a night as I am asleep. It's life threatening and could kill me. The solution I've been using is a cumbersome machine I attach to myself with a mask similar to a pilot's high altitude mask. I have to sleep with it for the rest of my life. I feel like Darth Vader wearing it. Dr Steve brought an alternative to me, thank goodness. Now, no more machine! He custom fashioned a lockable bite plate I use each night. Trust me. This is no big inconvenience especially compared to emcumbering myself with that dreaded mask and machine I have to lug with me where ever I go. Dr Steve saved my life and did it with minimal discomfort. Thankyou Dr Steve. more

New crown 7/3/2011

I didn't have to wait long and the welcome to the office, though busy at the time, was very nice. The procedure was well explained and opportunity for questions fine. Dr. Freeman was very polite with me and his assistant Brianne. They didn't find anything unexpected so I came out feeling great with a lovely new tooth! more

Outstanding!!! 7/1/2011

I was on vacation and need some emergency work done. They were able to fit me in the same day and completed a crown and repaired another tooth in less than two hours. Everyone that I came in contact with at the office gave awesome service. I wish they were in my hometown! Thank you very much for everything you all did. more

....recently moved to Fl from NJ and some things people just don't like to change, your doctor and dentist for examples. Once you are comfortable with a doctor or dentist you tend to stay with those professionals. I found Elite Smiles, and Dr. Freeman in particular, to provide excellent care and made me very comfortable from the first visit. My wife and I will be regular patients at Elite Smiles. more

I went to Elite Smiles for a crown - considering the circumstances, it was a great experience. All the staff was wonderful and they were to sure keep me informed on everything they were doing along the way. The outcome was perfect and I'm very satisfied with the quality for the money. more

Dr. Freeman and his staff are the best in North Florida! You are always greated with a warm smile and they are willing to always go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. As always, Dr. Freeman and his staff paid extreme attention to detail, explained everything about the procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Fantastic! 5/11/2011

Dr. Freeman and his assistant Jessica are phenomenal. They took plenty of time to answer all of my silly questions and to make me feel comfortable. I didn't feel rushed at ALL, and my experience with them was very personalized. I would also like to add that I have VERY tightly crowded teeth and flossing is normally a very painful experience for me, and I dread hygienists flossing my teeth. Jessica flossed my whole mouth in minutes and didn't hurt me a single time or make my gums bleed at all! I am exceedingly impressed by Freeman and his staff. more

I have really found a great dentist and hygienist at Elite Smiles. Dr. Freeman and my hygienist, Amy, are absolutely perfect. The staff is great and the atmosphere is very professional. They take great care to explain everything and answer any questions. Scheduling is very easy and best of all it is the absolute most painless and comfortable dentist ever. I recommend them to anyone! more

I must say I'm not fond of going to the dentist. I'm getting better about going to the dentist. My experience with Elite Smiles was awesome. For the first time in my life I'm actually looking forward to returning for my follow-up procedures. The environment they provide really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
