this place is not clean and barely has any business--i should have known!! . i drive by all the time and pull in to make an appointment, but the door is always locked. i finally found them open, and a very let's-just-say ""big boned"" woman named Ollga who had sweat dripping down her face and neck (in September) greeted me. i took a chance on having her cut Scooter, my 3-year-old Austrian Raspy, as she claimed she was quite familiar with the breed. she was not. the cut was uneven, and the ears were cut dangerously close. when i complained, Ollga, who had a mouthful of french fries, just ignored me and asked for $118. i will never go back. i never write reviews, but had to in this case. please call me direcly if you want to make sure this is real. I do not know what LBuchalter is talking about. My family and I have been taking our Havanese Lola to Elite Pet Spa for about two years now and have never had a bad experience. In fact we have also arrived early and found Olga cooing and laughing with our Havanese. I have even seen Ogla talking to our Lola using baby talk. The staff and Elite Pet Spa is always very professional and very nice. As to the comment made that the customer was given a quote of 85$ and charged 139$, perhaps once they started grooming your dog they found knots or matts which would add more time then they anticipated to groom your dog and explains the price increase. We have always found Elite Pet Spa's prices to be fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of the grooming. Olga, the owner is a very seasoned dog show competitor and has won many awards for her grooming skills and we can see why, she is the best! We love her and her staff and would recommend Elite Pet Spa to anyone! more

I have been coming to elite pet spa for about 2 years and always have a great experience. The groomers are professional, skilled, and friendly. I dont trust many people with my dog, but the people at elite make me and him feel totally comfortable and he always comes home looking great. Wonderful place! more

I have been bringing my dogs to Elite Pet Spa since they opened in 2008. They always've been groomed by Olga. She does an amazing job.My dogs always look beautiful and get compliments, when I walk them on the street. I don't remember having any accidents. All my friends and neighbors bring their dogs to Elite. It is always a pleasure to see groomers at Elite. They always participate in charity events and donate their time and money to help homeless animals. Olga is one of the top groomers and has many awards from dog shows. more

Lola is Olga's dog's name. there was no knots or matts , and there was no additional time. they cut the dog in 15 minutes like they were trimming hedges. she simply demanded $139 and said that's what the quote was. a good cut locally is $45-70, depending on the place. $139?!?!?!? PLUS, just a crappy cut. more
