I do not know what LBuchalter is talking about. My family and I have been taking our Havanese Lola to Elite Pet Spa for about two years now and have never had a bad experience. In fact we have also arrived early and found Olga cooing and laughing with our Havanese. I have even seen Ogla talking to our Lola using baby talk. The staff and Elite Pet Spa is always very professional and very nice. As to the comment made that the customer was given a quote of 85$ and charged 139$, perhaps once they started grooming your dog they found knots or matts which would add more time then they anticipated to groom your dog and explains the price increase. We have always found Elite Pet Spa's prices to be fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of the grooming. Olga, the owner is a very seasoned dog show competitor and has won many awards for her grooming skills and we can see why, she is the best! We love her and her staff and would recommend Elite Pet Spa to anyone!
