Hi all , the people that like her just havent been audited yet , im getting audited EVERY year nancy did my taxes , on my latest audit i asked the auditor why i was being audited ?, she said "" Nancy"" I will be very supprised if she doesnt go to jail , both of my sisters and my brother in laws brother have been audited , she was suppose to file a apeal , NEVER DID ! I will probly loose my house cause of Nancy , you can never get a hold of her , (even the people that like her say this ) so if you go there knowing all this your an idiot ! I wish i could have read this before going to her.......JUST DONT GO THERE , YOU WILL BE SORRY , ITS BEEN HELL , SHE COST ME 700.00 IN INTRUST AND PENALTYS , ON TOP OF THE 3000.00 ADDITIONAL TAXES , AND THAT IS YEAR ONE OF 4!!!!!!!! I've been with Nancy since her San Pedro Office and wouldn't go anywhere else. You cannot get the personalized service you get from her from anyone else. She knows the whole family and really cares about her clients. If you are looking for someone to is trustworthy, professional and will take care of you, you've come to the right place. I would like her to stop taking on new clients so she wouldn't be so busy. Pros: Her professionalism and knowledge Cons: Her practice is getting almost too large more

When I can get to Nancy on the phone, she is so helpful and pleasant. It is just hard to get to her, especially during tax time. I drive 2 hours to get to her to prepare my taxes and I have great confidence in her. I have never experienced any problems of any kind with her services. As long as you have the receipts for your deductions, you should never be worried about audits. She is reasonable and fair with her rates and the BEST when it comes to answering questions. We have been with Nancy for over 27 years. We have been treated with her warm, friendly, excellent and extremely professional service throughout all those years. In all that time, we were only audited once and were able to prove all of the deductions taken. The audit was handled in a very professional manner. We highly recommend her services. Sadly, I have found myself forefront with this and everyone I had recommended (BIG MISTAKE!!) to see Nancy at Elite Bookkeeping has also now received a letter from the IRS requesting a meeting. You're better off with someone else, perhaps a CPA and likely better off even with some software tax program. Carelessness at a cost to you. Pros: cheap cost for service Cons: getting audited more

I have had my taxes done by her and now my entire family and several co-workers who have used her were served with audit paperwork. When my family members contacted Nancy for help with the audit she conveniently told them, ""Sorry it's not my problem it's yours!"" Please consider using someone else to handle your taxes. If you have used Nancy for your taxes I hope you saved all your receipts. Nancy is know for writing off several hundreds and thousand of dollar that her customers have no receipts for.
