When I can get to Nancy on the phone, she is so helpful and pleasant. It is just hard to get to her, especially during tax time. I drive 2 hours to get to her to prepare my taxes and I have great confidence in her. I have never experienced any problems of any kind with her services. As long as you have the receipts for your deductions, you should never be worried about audits. She is reasonable and fair with her rates and the BEST when it comes to answering questions.

Cons: Parking & no access to Nancy during tax time
