They saved the day 12/9/2015

i was out and about Friday. My van just sprang an oil leak out of nowhere and I happened to be about a block away from Bill's (Elite) in Latonia. Thank goodness I was so close. I pulled in, shut the engine off, told Allen what was happening and he started helping immediately. He pulled the van into the bay and within minutes knew what the problem was. They were booked up but he got on the phone right away and ordered my part. Because it was going to take time to get it he gave my friend and me a ride. It was fixed and ready to drive Monday by lunch. I'm so thankful they were close and easy to work with. Not to mention efficient :) more

Expensive - hard to deal with 12/4/2015

I worked with Ken, he is the service writer there. He was very flustered every time I talked to him. He didn't call me back when he said he would. My cat sat in the shop for 2 days before he even called me with a quote! I tell my friends not to go there more

After several unsuccessful attempts at another shop, Elite Automotive was able to identify and fix my fan/blower problem. They explained everything that was done and even picked me up. more

Courteous and Honest Service 11/21/2015

Elite alerted me to some costly hidden damage on my Ford Taurus. Rather than pressure me to do one thing or another, they informed me of all my options so I can make the best decision possible. It is never enjoyable to find out your car needs major repairs, but it happens, and it is good to have a trustworthy service like Elite guide you the decision making process. more

Another 5 star visit to Elite 11/18/2015

What can I say, another 5 star visit to Elite. My truck broke down in the morning, I had it towed to Elite by 1 and I was picking it up by 5. It's purrrrring again. These guys are friendly, fast, know what they are doing and most importantly, honest. This place is 1/2 hour away from me but I don't mind the drive because of the service I get. FIVE STARS and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more
