Best Auto Repair Shop in NKY 6/4/2015

The shop is clean the price is reasonable. The people are nice and honest. It is refreshing that they do not speak down to me (a woman). There are no "surprises". My car is ready when they say it will be. There are no grease stains ... and the work is done right! Love this shop! more

Personal service is always helpful 4/7/2015

Had continuous problems with the heat on my Durango. On my last visit to repair the damper again, Bill didn't charge me anything. Without me having to say anything they knew it wasn't repaired correctly and did the right thing. They threw in an oil change at no charge as well. more

The men there are so kind and very helpful!!! As a women I always get nervous that they will try and sell me something I don't need, NOT these guys they are their to help you not rip you off more

I'm always pleased with the work and the friendly customer service. Have noticed that there might not be enough communication between office employees the last couple of times I've visited though. I see your business growing very quickly, which is fabulous - just don't lose the foundation on which it was started and took it to success. more
