Excellent Limo Services 6/7/2011

Getting ready and making sure everything is perfect on prom day is very stressful. My friends and I had limo services through Elegant Arrivals on May 7th, 2011, and let me tell you how at ease we were when the limo arrived. Our limo driver Gordon came out and passed all of my friends a flower. Beautiful!! It made my friends feel special and on top of that when we got into the limo he had non-alcoholic champagne. Definitely awesome!!!! Since Gordon was early to pick us up we were able to drive around town for a little before prom. We had a magnificent time! Then when we got to prom he opened the door for us and laid a red carpet out. Very charming! All of my friends said they would use their services again, and me personally I am going to recommend them to all my friends more

Great Service 4/25/2011

On December 31, 2011 I had the best New Years Eve I have had in a long time. My husband and I decided to go to New York City for a night candle light dinner so we chose to get driven down in a Stretch Limo by Elegant Arrivals Limo Services. When we arrived at the restaurant the driver got out, opened the door for us, and laid out a beautiful red carpet. He was very sincere and made our night very special, especially with the bottle of champagne for my husband and I to enjoy on the drive to New York. We booked the services for 8 hours, which gave us enough time to enjoy our dinner and get home on time for our service hours to end. I have used other services before, but this topped the notch! more

greater limousine services 4/15/2011

I have used Elegant Arrivals Limousines for my last two events for my sister's 21st birthday and for my own wedding and it has been a GREAT experience. From the time you call in or email to book a day to the last minute drop off the customer service is unbeatable. They are always early and wait patiently; the drivers Damian are super friendly and professional although we are a crazy crowd!!!! Steve thanks you so much and sees you soon for our next adventure!!!!! more

Elegant Arrivals Limousine Service Fun Times 4/15/2011

Elegant Arrivals provided great service that fulfilled my expectations.. It was the finishing touch to my Birthday celebration that we had on 4-8-11. The Stretch Suv looked amazing and very spacious. I think I can talk for everyone that celebrated along me that day, that the red carpet service and the flowers handed out made us all feel so special. I really can say that I had one of the best nights of my life. I decided to tip the driver beyond suitable because I just loved his personality and professionalism. I think he even had as much fun as we all did. Lol. more

My old movie theater staff and I always rent and trade from this company every year, for dinner and lights on the parkway, The driver is always on time, they put in the limo whatever we want and we always change the pick up time with no hassles from the company owner or managers ; best price in town!!!! more

SCAM!!!! 10/26/2010

There should be a zero! This place is a scam. Despite all the bad reviews I still went with them because of the price. I even mentioned t he bad internet reviews and they just ignored me. We originally rented a ""limo mini coach"" and then the night before the occasion, the owner Steve calls me and says ""there was no way i could have been quoted a party bus at the given price"", and that there was definitely a communication mix-up, but was sorry and it was definitely his office's fault (he really wanted off the phone). Unfortunately there was nothing he could do for us except rent us a normal van or a limo. I asked OVER and OVER to make sure 11 people would fit. My sister even went in person to make sure there was enough room. When they pulled up, the door only said 8 and therefore the driver said he won't take anymore due to insurance. And we had to drive our own car there!!!!! Then the tip amount magically went from $55 to $70!!! They are running a scam on people!! Do not rent from here!!!!!!!!!! more

WORSE SERVICE EVER 9/9/2010

I wish there were a ""zero"" star rating that I could use because this company does not deserve any. After our driver showed up late, Steve (the owner) told me that it was perfectly acceptable for the driver to not be there on time. Really Steve? Because people usually have plans and a schedule to follow. Thank goodness I didn't rent this limo company for my wedding! After several other mishaps during the night, Steve never apologized - all he said was ""what do you want me to do"". Giving a partial refund was definitely NOT an option for him. Steve is out to take your money and NOT provide a service that you pay for. STAY AWAY- SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE! more

Nothing Elegant About Incompetence 8/30/2010

I don't know where to start with why you should not book with this company. The limo was mediocre at best, the driver should have retired about 10 years ago, needs to get a hearing aid and a GPS system, try using them both, and then still retire. Long story short, due to our driver's lateness, incompetence, and generalized confusion, we completely missed an important work event. When the company was contacted to refund the cost, they were not apologetic and offered to give a fraction of the expense back, but as a gift card! Really? Do yourself a favor and go with ANY other company...... more

Terrible! Unprofessional! They would not give us a discount even though THEY made multiple mistakes that ruined our plans for the night. After talking with the company after all of their mistakes, they were rude and uncaring. Whatever you do, stay away from this company. more

Look Somewhere Else... 5/10/2010

I recently booked this company for a friend's bachelor party (ya know, the ones only happen once) and reserved a mini party bus for 10. Apparently the listed number for this company goes directly to the cell phone of an individual named ""Steve"", who is either the owner, or an incompetent manager. After trying twice to get in touch with Steve (who told me to call HIM back because he was busy on the road) i was quoted for a party bus given the number of people in our party. Three separate times i was told about a red carpet and ""free"" beer to be included"", and that ""only the party buses"" have such a feature. On the night of the occasion, I was picked up by a limo instead. After speaking with this same person on the phone he told me that ""there was no way i could have been quoted a party busy at the given price"", and that there was definitely a communication mix-up, but was sorry and it was definitely his office's fault (he really wanted off the phone). Unfortunately there were no party buses left (surprise) and Steve could do nothing else for us. In the end we crammed 9 large guys and 3 coolers of beer into a limo meant for six women. The limo itself was barely mediocre, many amenities not even operational. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns. They were as unorganized and unprofessional as it got. I had priced around before I fell into this hole and only went with them because of the non existent party bus, but the price was the same as everywhere else. Pros: Driver Cons: Everything else more

Elegant Arrivals NOT elegant at all... 5/10/2010

We used Elegant Arrivals to help arrange a bachelor's party for my best friend. Everything was going good, but it seemed everytime we talked to the owner the rates would change. All of a sudden it went from mid 300's to well over 500 dollars. This was fine, because we were renting a party bus. We made this absolutely clear to them that we wanted a party bus. Well, the big day comes around and the only thing parked outside was a limo. So we called the company and all they said was, hey we didn't have a party bus, so we just sent a limo out. Really? Wouldn't they know ahead of time that their buses were scheduled? Perhaps they knew ahead of time that they were out of party buses and didn't want to lose our business, so they just said, ""hey screw these people we will just send them a limo and let them deal with it, we still bank the 500 bucks..."" These guys are dirty I would not recommend their service to anyone! Pros: Nice Driver Cons: Being lied to! more
