I wish there were a ""zero"" star rating that I could use because this company does not deserve any. After our driver showed up late, Steve (the owner) told me that it was perfectly acceptable for the driver to not be there on time. Really Steve? Because people usually have plans and a schedule to follow. Thank goodness I didn't rent this limo company for my wedding! After several other mishaps during the night, Steve never apologized - all he said was ""what do you want me to do"". Giving a partial refund was definitely NOT an option for him. Steve is out to take your money and NOT provide a service that you pay for. STAY AWAY- SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE!
