Review content:
We used Elegant Arrivals to help arrange a bachelor's party for my best friend. Everything was going good, but it seemed everytime we talked to the owner the rates would change. All of a sudden it went from mid 300's to well over 500 dollars.
This was fine, because we were renting a party bus. We made this absolutely clear to them that we wanted a party bus. Well, the big day comes around and the only thing parked outside was a limo.
So we called the company and all they said was, hey we didn't have a party bus, so we just sent a limo out.
Really? Wouldn't they know ahead of time that their buses were scheduled?
Perhaps they knew ahead of time that they were out of party buses and didn't want to lose our business, so they just said, ""hey screw these people we will just send them a limo and let them deal with it, we still bank the 500 bucks...""
These guys are dirty I would not recommend their service to anyone!
Pros: Nice Driver
Cons: Being lied to!
