I worked with Allison to plan our wedding, and it could not have been easier. She answered all of my questions promptly and organized a beautiful event. I was so pleased that our wedding was able to be so true to our style even while having Electra handle all the dirty work! They did such a great job! Cat, my day-of coordinator was able to make everything run so smoothly! I didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying myself! I also organized the wedding from a distance, and Electra was so dependable in all aspects and was able to make the process smooth as can be. We held our daughters wedding aboard the Newport Princess and it was a great experience! Everyone had a great time! The food was wonderful and the coordinator made sure everything went off without a hitch. Using the preferred vendors made planning a breeze. I just got married aboard the Athena and it was absolutely PERFECT! Everything was seamless and several of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food was delicious (chicken marsala and mushroom tortellini) and that staff could not have been nicer. Dee Dee, our coordinator was amazing. I recommend going with Electra Cruises for almost any business or social function. I attended a cocktail party that my company threw aboard the Athena and truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. I wasn't involved in any of the event's planning, but I really enjoyed being a guest, and if there were any issues with the planning, I sure couldn't tell. Everything ran smoothly and enjoyably. Those that were responsible for the planning of the event also glowed about working with Electra Cruises. Great place, great food, great fun. more

My husband and I would like to thank the staff of the ''Electra'' for all your help to make our daughter's wedding a truly wonderful occasion. As you can imagine, planning such a special day from 3000 miles away comes with its own set of problems on top of the normal headaches and joys. Because of your experience and first-hand knowledge of the venders, you made the process much easier and far less stressful than it could have been.\r Though I have forgotten the names of the deejay and the photographer, I haven't forgotten what a wonderful job they did under some ''trying'' circumstances. The deejay was basically on her own to choose the music, and she made excellent choices. After processing the film, we were delighted with the poses as well as the candids taken by the photographer. Her full length picture of Joanna with the harbor scenery in the background is breath-taking and has been enlarged to be framed for our dining room wall. Plus she had such a delightful personality and was so much fun that quite a few guests took pictures of her! The cake from Cinderella Bakery looked exactly like the bride and groom wanted and tasted good too. Our florist, Elegant by Design, did a beautiful job. The designers were so easy to work with and were the reason I heard so many compliments on the decorations. Simple, but elegant.\r I would like to express even deeper appreciation to the staff on board the ''Electra"" The servers and bartenders were efficient and polite. The food was delicious, just as you promised. But Maria was the star of the evening (next to the bride, that is). She handled a very nervous bride, a dirty wedding gown, and a host of other problems with what appeared to be calmness and ease. She saw that everyone was at the right place at the right time, that our guests were kept comfortable, and that in all the excitement, we parents were fed dinner. Sometimes we were in a daze and she just had to take us by the hand. Maria made it possible for us to have a good time, something that I understand is not always possible at the wedding of your children.\r Being able to enjoy our daughter's wedding sums up what I really want to thank you for. Everyone working together really helped to make the event one that the bride and groom will remember with joy for the rest of their lives. Seeing Joanna and Frank so happy and seeing their friends and family celebrating with them is what it was all about. And on top of it all, the sun came out just in time to shine down on everyone.Perhaps I should give credit to that sweet Rev. I want to thank all of the people at Electra Cruises who made our wedding a great success. Unfortunately our wedding started out to be a nightmare and they made it into a fairytale. Every time Mark and I see the Icon Yacht in the harbor it reminds us of the great time we had. Their staff was helpful and courteous and everything went according to plan. I was sooo stressed out the few days before the wedding but by the time my wedding day came and I boarded the boat I knew I had nothing to worry about. I was a guest at my own wedding. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and their company I will recommend Electra cruises to the company I work for Verizon Wireless for some of there upcoming events. It has not yet been 2 days, and I am still tired from the whirlwind of our wedding weekend. So forgive me if this letter is a bit crude and unrefined. I will write from the heart and I want to do this before it gets overdue because we leave for our honeymoon in 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, execution, care and thoroughness of your staff at Electra Cruises.\r Michael and I booked our wedding date 1 ½ years ago, and you had a list of vendors to choose from. Little did I Know what I was expecting. We chose Vincent as our photographer. He let us in his home studio and the care and heart he had for this job was self evident. He booked him right away. We then saw the cakes at Cinderella Cakes. Again, we were extremely satisfied with the selection and samples they showed us. We were in and out of\r there in half an hour. Your florist I really didn't see until near our wedding date, but again it was an easy meeting. They showed me pictures and figured out exactly what I had in mind. Now about your DJ’s, all I can say it that they ALL must be extremely good, as they were all booked up except for one, Mark Hicks. It was most likely because fie was out of the country. But I am sure glad we finally got in touch with him! He really made the night\r special for us. And I have to thank Heather most of all for keeping everyone on top of everything. My whole bridal party (all 14 of them!) knew who she was right away, as she helped get us organized and helped Michael and I through the whole Might, so we knew what to do next. Oh yeah, I surely can't pass up the food ... I really enjoyed all of it! Your staff even saved appetizers for us. We had the crustacean corner appetizers, mahi-mahi, fried rice, vegetables and pork! It was just the way I asked for it, with the crunchy skin!\r You can tell how close the staff and your vendors were. The comic they provided throughout the night really showed that everyone was just like family. It was nice to see how everyone enjoyed working together.\r Our guests kept telling us how much of a good time they had and how unique the whole event was! Partnered with my graphic abilities, our wedding was more than what I had expected. I am enclosing a full set of graphic stuff I made for our wedding. Here you will find our invitation bottle, program and souvenir CDs of our favorite songs that we passed out to our guests. And hot off our presses, is a CD of pictures of the wedding. It has a lot\r of pictures on it, and has not yet been cleaned up for the ''just select'' shots, so you'll just have to have them all! I hope you enjoy these pieces as it shows how great everything fell together.
