I very much like the look and feel of Eldos - dark wood, polished, light at just the right level. Our server and the various busboys that attended us were very pleasant and seem to enjoy being there. We started with a couple of house beers, which are excellent, and very delicious chips with tasty guacamole and salsa verde. However, my entree was disappointing - the chicken was cooked unevenly - the leg and wings were delectable, but the breast was so dry as to be inedible. In addition, the spinach was mixed with entirely too much garlic - if they had used half the amount, it would have been perfect. The plaintains were outstanding, though. My date enjoyed her blackened catfish much more.
