SCAM/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This place is awful. I received a groupon as a gift for laser hair removal. It cost $199.99. I called to schedule an appointment the same day and was informed I could not make an appointment until January 2013... 7 months from now. The groupon EXPIRES in December 2012. Not only is the staff rude. I called several times trying to make an appointment and the phone was answerd and hung up. Save you money and steer clear of this place!!!!! more

I bought the smartlipo package ($1500) on groupon, when I went there for the first time to get more information about the treatment, the girl who was giving me the information seemed very annoyed about the questions I was asking. (I'm paying $1500 at least I need to know what is the procedure right?). She made me feel like I was wasting her time, only because she told me that normally this procedure costs over $3000, so only because of that I don't deserve the same treatment or what??? Then, ok she finally booked me another appointment with the doctor, and then called me few days later to cancel my appointment because the doctor had another appointment. I just decided to cancel everything and get my money back! Do not go there!!!! These girls need to know how to treat people, they should be fired! I hated this place! they will make you feel very uncomfortable. more

I went for Zerona treatments and what was presented to me is definately NOT what I got. There is a money back gaurantee on the Zerona, however if you lose at three inches ,Which they somehow managed to find three inches were lost, then no money back. Supposedly I lost 3.25 inches, but a centimeter here and a centimeter there just doesn't make a difference at all and that was not explained to me. I was led to believe that I would lose three inches where I wanted to lose them. It's a complete scam and if I were them, I would be a little more honest with people. I doubt this business will last without major changes in the way they treat people. more
