I bought the smartlipo package ($1500) on groupon, when I went there for the first time to get more information about the treatment, the girl who was giving me the information seemed very annoyed about the questions I was asking. (I'm paying $1500 at least I need to know what is the procedure right?).
She made me feel like I was wasting her time, only because she told me that normally this procedure costs over $3000, so only because of that I don't deserve the same treatment or what???
Then, ok she finally booked me another appointment with the doctor, and then called me few days later to cancel my appointment because the doctor had another appointment.
I just decided to cancel everything and get my money back!
Do not go there!!!! These girls need to know how to treat people, they should be fired!
I hated this place! they will make you feel very uncomfortable.
