Yes, definitely a five star rating. Where these days do you pull up to a garage door , beep your horn, and the mechanic pulls you in and starts troubleshooting your problems. No place I can think of. Prices always seem more than fair, Besides....No way I would bother going through the hassle of posting this message if I didn`t think these guys deserved a heads up. more

PREVIOUS REVIEW MISLEADING!!! 3/7/2012

These guys have been great for YEARS!! Local and trusted! I asked them about this review. They explained this guy used this battery for a hunting trailer and negligently let the battery discharge WITHOUT CHARGING IT! Battery froze into a glop of ice and he brings it back for a NEW one! You be the judge! Jeff and his crew have built this business over the decades customer by customer, you pull up, they pull you in and treat you right! I am just a satisfied customer who hates to see a good man bad mouthed more

Beware 2/5/2010

Manufacture sells batteries to El- Don at discount price without warranty, El-Don decides what to do with defective items.I returned a defective battery in less than 90 day's and was given no satisfaction. As it is I'm out $ 109,00, with a lesson well learned. Buy from a large store with a policy of no questions asked, with under 90 day returns . Cons: Warranty is held by El-Don more
