These guys have been great for YEARS!! Local and trusted! I asked them about this review. They explained this guy used this battery for a hunting trailer and negligently let the battery discharge WITHOUT CHARGING IT! Battery froze into a glop of ice and he brings it back for a NEW one! You be the judge! Jeff and his crew have built this business over the decades customer by customer, you pull up, they pull you in and treat you right! I am just a satisfied customer who hates to see a good man bad mouthed
