My car gear shift locked up in the parking lot of the home depot. I called the dealership and asked what my husband could do to unlock the gear shift. I did not get the service reps name but he was very very nice and helpful and immediately talked to his mechanic would be over in a few minutes to help get my car going until I could get it to the dealership the next day. The mechanic Tim Cathy was efficient and prompt! more

I?ve serviced my car at El Dorado Mazda for about three years and the services are routinely good. The last two visits have both been handled by Harold Peevy and he?s been very courteous and professional. Most importantly I was charged what I was quoted. more

Every time I bring my car to get serviced, they treat me like family; they know exactly what my 2008 Mazda 3 needs. Not only they treat me with such commitment but they also provide me with more and useful things for my car! I have Jose to thank for making my life a bit easier! more
