How can I explain how the service was at El Dorado Mazda??? The best word that can best describe it is phenomenal!!! I had no kind of difficulties and the sales ppl were out of this world! I’ll be coming back and not only that I’ll be sending ppl here! I have nothing else to say… but WOW! AAAND THANK YOU El Dorado Mazda for my car! more

changed my mind about dealers!!! 8/4/2010

I absolutely despise car salesmen and car dealerships. They always crowd around you, hassle you, lie, etc. That is why I could NOT believe my eyes and ears and everything I saw and experienced at El Dorado Mazda and the only reason I am writing this right now. Mark was freaking awesome and completely changed my mind about dealerships. Today was an exception to all my terrible experiences in the past. I can not thank you all enough! more

Good Buying Experience 3/22/2008

It was one of the better buying experiences I've had in a while. They didn't double up on me like other dealers have in the past. Also, they didn't push the extended warranty, etc the F/I guy pushes. It was like here it is take it or leave it. Price was right. 1K under invoice. <3 hours start to finish and I was leaving with a new car. more
