Worst

I would stay as far from them as possible!! I have 3 buildings that they so called managed. They are VERY VERY BAD, but they had no problems over-charging me for maintenance.

I cannot say enough about how much the leasing agent helped in getting us a great place to live. He went way beyond what others in the area were doing for us. Before we found our place 3 months ago, we had appointments with 3 others people for different apartments and this place was the best as far as concern for what we wanted and where we wanted to live. more

I’ve been with the Efthim Company for a few months now. With the winter in full effect, I believe it would be a wise decision to keep the agreement going. Paul has been managing my property in Valley Park and is on top of it all. Recently I had to get some appliance work done and repair the bathroom linoleum floor a bit. Paul was very good at providing updates to the work done to make sure it was ready for the tenant to move in. I appreciate all his hard work and now I have a reliable tenant in place. more

Wouldn't have made it to work without them this AM 10/1/2013

Well, I locked myself out of the house this morning. What to do? I immediately called my property manager from Efthim. They were so helpful this morning in getting me back into the house so I could get to work. I really appreciate everything the office did. Wouldn’t have made it to work without you! more
