Worst

I would stay as far from them as possible!! I have 3 buildings that they so called managed. They are VERY VERY BAD, but they had no problems over-charging me for maintenance.

if you enjoy bad service, this is your company 1/16/2008

i am a current tenant. have had nothing but problems with the property since i moved in, not limited to a bad hot water heater, bad furnace, and leaking roof--and i have only lived here for a month and a half! customer service is terrible, employees range from rude to downright incompetent. be sure you think long and hard before dealing with efthim. more
