I would stay as far from them as possible!! I have 3 buildings that they so called managed. They are VERY VERY BAD, but they had no problems over-charging me for maintenance.

I am finishing a ten year business relationship with Efthim Company Realtors. I have decided to sell my rental property and move out of state in order to retire. Throughout these years with Efthim, they have been the standard for excellent service. Their service and help managing my rental property far surpassed my expectations. Last year I was interested in a property managed by Efthim and I called them to set up a showing. Ken was early and did a great job. I had previously worked with Efthim to get some painting done on a different property I was in contract with and it was to my satisfaction and the neighbors. Always a pleasure doing business with them. more

Delightful experience 8/20/2013

Thank you for doing such a great job in the selling of our old house, and the purchasing of our new home. I probably wouldn’t have moved because it really is a scary feeling after you have lived in the same house for 24 years. But with all of your help. Everything went great. I also want to thank the Efthim Company for the beautiful crystal Honey Jar. It looks beautiful in our curio cabinet. Thanks again for making this experience a delightful one. We LOVE our new home! more

Extremely grateful 8/5/2013

I just purchased my first rental property and Efthim really came through when I was within 2 hours of closing and learned that the seller didn’t have all of the leases for the property. Not only that, but I was learning that the rent amount were different than I was originally told. Efthim was very response when I called them at the 11th hour and was able to provide the missing leases and rent ledgers for each unit. They basically helped save the closing and for that I am eternally grateful. Thanks to the Efthim team! more

I would like to give my experience as a property owner and my relationship and dealings with Efthim Management Company. I purchased my property in March of 1998 and selected a property management company that did not pan out and left me in a tough situation as an out of state owner. I reached out to Efthim in December of 1998, explained my situation, and what I needed formal management company and we agreed to start a business relationship in January of 1999. \r \r There have been several times in which I am glad that I switched to Efthim. There have always been ties in which there have been some disagreements as with any working relationship. But all in all, I have been more than pleased with how Efthim has managed my property over the years and I definitely made the right choice with going with them 14 years ago. It is a great family owned business with great people, great communication and great follow up which was very important to me as an out of state property owner. more

Just wanted to say “thank you” for sending over yesterday morning a particularly nice gentleman to repaint my kitchen ceiling that was damaged by an overflowing pipe in the apartment above me. The painter was polite and did a fast and efficient job, and I really appreciated your timely response and the great work done. Thank you. more

Worked with me over the years to make my rental property better. 2/21/2013

Efthim Company has been working with me for many years as I've struggled to hold on to my rental property. I'm probably not the best landlord, but I really appreciate the professionalism they've displayed and I especially appreciate the patience they've shown for me over the years; that's really made the difference between me foreclosing or keeping it. They have a referral from me any time they ask. I absolutely highly recommend them. I'm looking forward to my ongoing work with them to make sure we make the best out of the property. more
