Honestly, this is the worst ""sushi"" I have ever experienced. Usually, I am not overly critical. This time, however, I have to say enough is enough. I have seen better sushi preparation by cat owners. The spicy tuna roll was bland, unenthusiastic, unevenly sliced and presented haphazardly on the most typical wooden chop block tray. The grilled calamari slices (not rings) had a chance to be good had they been tenderized first and seared properly over a hot flame. The coup de gras for this ""special"" dish was that calamari strips were not thouroughly separated by slicing. They had to be pulled apart (by hand) to get them ready for chop sticks. Last but certainly not least, the tuna tataki came served in uneven chunks squirted on top with chili sauce in much the same way a hot dog might be prepared at a ball game condiment stand. How this restaurant has managed to remain in operation through the ""great recession"" is a wonder to me. more

First time eating at EDO. The server was at first friendly and prompt. But soon became highly distracted. Had to ask for most items more than once and many times had to ask several different servers. At first we took sympathy. We were a party of 2 and thought that perhaps the server was over worked. But after she disapeared more than once for 20 mins each we just gave up. Another party came in a were attended to professionally. I nearly passed out when the same waitress who paid no attention to us asked the newly seated table, ""if all was well."" When the check came we paid and i instructed the person to keep the change. NO i did not tip well for bad service. The person (not the waitress) brought back the change and proceeded to question us about a proper tip. The tip is: When people spend $100 for sushi please do not disapear and reapear for nearly 40 minutes and look for a generous tip. I wont be back. EVER!! Good sushi wonderful but horrible service ruins the appetite. more

We love the sushi at Edo's. The rolls are amazing and the sauces spicy. Our favorites are Honey, Honey and Mount. Fungi. The Udon noodle soup is full of vegetables and the tempura shrimp stands out as a treat. The staff is very friendly. Yes it is located in a strip mall and the tables are a bit close together. But, on the plus is you can bring your own wine or beer. more

Great food and service. Go on a slow night and ask Joe the Sushi Chef for Chef special. This guy is an artist and enjoys his craft. BYOB and save some $$$. Pros: Good service, fresh fish, unique presentations more
