Tasty sushi 4/13/2006

Edo has a wide variety of tasty sushi and yummy appetizers. My favorites: the Stuffed Eggplant, Edo Salad (delicious peanut mustard dressing), Philadelphia Roll, and the Harbor Maki. We stumbled across Edo when looking for a place to replace our fave, Kawasaki, after it was busted by the Feds. Edo isn't quite as fantastic, but it is a good replacement (and presumably without the tax evasion problems). more

Best sushi around! 3/25/2006

This is our favorite sushi place in Timonium. Everything is always very good and the service is friendly and fast. We mostly get takeout but have also eaten in a few times and had no complaints whatsoever. The fish and seafood are always impeccably fresh. Parking is easy and the location is very convenient to 83 and York Road. Highly recommended! more

Delicious Sushi 12/29/2005

I went to Edo Sushi for the first time on Christmas Eve with my siblings after our church's Christmas service. We were the only ones in the restaurant (since it was Christmas Eve) and there were about ten employees working. We felt bad that we were the only customers holding them up till 11 (which is when they close), but they were so friendly and kind, they didn't seem to mind. This was my first Sushi experience and it was delicious! My favorite was the Orange Maji which is smoked salmon wrapped in rice with crab on top. I was surprised at how filling sushi can be! They don't serve alcohol but allow a BYOB policy. (Bring Your Own Beer!) It is a new Christmas Eve tradition for family. more
