Businiess name:  Edo Sushi Inc

Review content:
I went to Edo Sushi for the first time on Christmas Eve with my siblings after our church's Christmas service. We were the only ones in the restaurant (since it was Christmas Eve) and there were about ten employees working. We felt bad that we were the only customers holding them up till 11 (which is when they close), but they were so friendly and kind, they didn't seem to mind. This was my first Sushi experience and it was delicious! My favorite was the Orange Maji which is smoked salmon wrapped in rice with crab on top. I was surprised at how filling sushi can be! They don't serve alcohol but allow a BYOB policy. (Bring Your Own Beer!) It is a new Christmas Eve tradition for family.
