Eden is the most amazing salon. It is a must go to place for THE best hair and body treatments. Angie is a hidden gem. I went to the same guy that does Jennifer Aniston's hair and when it was done it looked EXACTLY like how Angie does it, but Angie is much more fabulous! The staff are great and it's always a pleasure to hear Mena's voice confirming my appointments :) If you care about your appearance you would only go the best and that is Eden!!! more

I have had manicures and pedicures through-out the Chicagoland area and Eden Salon & Spa was the best by far and that is why I now come on a regular basis. Their warm and friendly enviroment was refreshing along with the attetion to detail of my services was greatly appreciated. Most places rush you in and out and don't care if you are satisfied or not with your services but not Eden. They even made a follow-up phone call after my first visit for feedback!! Wow, now that is going above and beyond!!! more

Eden salon is great! I had highlights done by pamela and nicole cut my hair and they are both fantastic! I also had one of the most relaxing facials ever and my skin is glowing!! Quality products and service for a reasonable price too. Great location for shopping and eating before or after as well. =) more

The staff at Eden was amazing! Unlike most salons, they are so far from caddy and really make you feel welcome. My service was wonderful and the atmosphere was so peaceful and happy. I can't wait to take my friends and family back to enjoy it and truly get to relax in a calm, friendly setting! more

I was very pleasantly surprised with the massage at Eden. The place is nice, tastefully decorated...the service was warm and friendly...my massage was great..as good as the expensive places downtown...they need to get some advertising going...hidden in that Orland Crossing shopping center... more

With all of the fantastic choices of Spa in the Orland Park area - this one is a timewaster. Massage was nothing to brag about and my manicure-pedicure well lets just say I wish that I didn't bother. Maybe they were BOTH new on the job and have much to learn? Either way I will not be returning. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Over priced. Not so great service. more

My experience at Eden was so wonderful. The friendly and warm staff were so helpful with getting me an appointment with the time that I needed. My manicure and pedicure were wonderful. It was so relaxing. The massage was absolutly the best massage I have had. They use Aveda color and my hair is so shiney and the cut is fabulous. I recieved the botanical resurfacing facial, they said it was like the natural micrdermabrasion way. My skin glowed! I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anybody! Pros: Warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable Cons: there are none. more

I am an avid spa-goer and wanted to try out this new Aveda spa in Orland. I had a terrible experience with a brow wax. The esthetician was a nice woman, however, about 5-8 hours after my brow wax, I noticed the area look raw and bright red. The next morning I was in a tremendous amount of pain and my face looked scary. I went back to the spa only to have a manager ask me over the phone "what I wanted" instead of trying to understand my pain or help me. Luckily, there was another esthetician who worked there part-time from a medispa who helped me. I had to see a physician after this awful experience and still have faint scarring in my brow area from the burns I received at this spa. I would not recommend this irresponsible spa to anybody and would warn people in general to realize that this is HOT wax that could burn if your estheticians are not extremely careful. I also found out afterwards that they were supposed to have me fill out a form before my first waxing treatment, however, they never bothered to do that either. When I walked in, I noticed how great it smelled! I was greeted with a smile, and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. I had booked a massage, and was also offered a manicure afterwards, because of a cancellation. The spa is beautiful! Everything was 1st class, and the massage was perfect...I was in pure bliss for 60 minutes! The manicure was the best I've received in months, the nail tech was sweet and detailed, my french manicure was flawless and lasted almost 2 weeks! I never had so many great smelling products used on me and my skin felt awesome. I felt like a new, relaxed person when I left. I can't wait to return and get more services....will not go anywhere else, now that I experienced what true customer service is! Thanks!
