Ed Clark Trophies & Plaques

I have been dealing with them for years and YES, he is a straight shooter and you have to be able to deal with that type of personality BUT the quality of the work is exemplary!! I would much rather have the quality and I can certainly deal with his personality. They get the job done and get it done right! more

My phone conversation with them lasted all of 30 seconds. I am taking over a job from someone who ordered trophies from Ed Clark last year, and I was left with no records by that person. I called Ed Clark to inquire if they could help me find last year's order and that I wanted to place an identical order this year (Read this as: give them business). I was told that they only way I could duplicate last year's order was to have last year's invoice. In other words, they were not going to help me find an order that would be beneficial to them. The voice on the other end of the phone DID NOT CARE ONE BIT to try and help me GIVE THEM MORE BUSINESS. They must have so much business in this economy that they can afford to be surly to people who are trying to place orders with them. more

I have dealt with Ed Clark(Ken) for decades. Problem with the two reviews that are negative is that they probably kiss ass for a living. Ken doesn't need to, he just does it correctly and can't stand jerks. When they succeed, maybe they will understand. more

Made a call to make a special request for CEO. Asked owner if he could make repairs on broken crystal. I understand that this is a wonky request, but owner, telephone attendant (maybe the owner) said go buy some glue and fix it yourself. There are other solutions to this request, like charge me handsomely to look and fix or refer me to someone. You lost my business forever... Called this morning to order some plaques. I had one that i wanted replicated. The owner was very impatient and curt with me and when i commented on his brusque manner, he actually hung up the phone on me! What kind of service is this! I recommend taking your business elsewhere! I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Chris more

Great customer service. Kenny's experience/knowledge really shows when helping customers decide on the most appropriate trophy or plaque. Orders are made fast and attention to detail is remarkable. If you're unsure, I definitely recommend going down to the store and asking them for advice. They've been doing it for 50 years!!
