My phone conversation with them lasted all of 30 seconds. I am taking over a job from someone who ordered trophies from Ed Clark last year, and I was left with no records by that person. I called Ed Clark to inquire if they could help me find last year's order and that I wanted to place an identical order this year (Read this as: give them business). I was told that they only way I could duplicate last year's order was to have last year's invoice. In other words, they were not going to help me find an order that would be beneficial to them. The voice on the other end of the phone DID NOT CARE ONE BIT to try and help me GIVE THEM MORE BUSINESS. They must have so much business in this economy that they can afford to be surly to people who are trying to place orders with them.
