My original appointment was for a/c and heating service on my unit that was originally installed by Econo Air. In addition, my thermostat was not working. The service tech was 1 hour late beyond the 3 hour window. I was not notified that he was running late; I had to call myself to find out where he was. I was also promised a call prior to his arrival which I did not get. He installed a new thermostat but did not show me how to work it. My biggest complaint, however, is the EXCESSIVE PRICING. I was charged $395 for a $60 Honeywell thermostat that only took 15 minutes to install. This price was IN ADDITION to the $100 service call. How can that price for the installation of a thermostat be justified? I am NOT a happy customer
