Very disappointing!!! The massage was good, however the establishment was in disarray which made the experience completely unsatisfying. When booking my appointment with "the owner", I asked for a complete description of the services that I was to have. It was clearly not even close!! The facial was to be an hour long, which turned out to be only 20 minutes long. NOTHING was done during the facial that is described!! I phoned to speak with the manager to discuss what happened, and she has yet to return my phone call!! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!!
