This is carpet cleaning taken to the next level! Sometimes with green services or products you might expect less, but I have never seen such great work. These guys know how to clean, they were very professional too. I will be using them again for sure. more

What a great job! I hesitated that they would not be able to get the carpet clean as well as they did, heavily soiled and abused carpet that came back to life! Based on their reviews, I made an app't. It was 3 weeks out. I found out at the last minute that I had a conflict with app't time and called leaving a land line message to cancel & reschedule w/ a day's notice.\r Tamara returned my message, and I spoke with her next. Upon finding out it would be another month before I could get another app't, I asked if I could make one call to see if I could hold my original app't., and said I would call right back. I was told yes, they would hold my app't until I called back. Within 3 minutes or less while on the other line successfully resolving the problem, I got a call back from Tamara saying my original app't time had already been given to someone else even BEFORE our intial convo-you know the one where she said ""Yes we can hold it for you until you call right back""? She wondered aloud whether or not she should have said anything and said she got ""flustered"" and went ahead and rescheduled my app't with the first person on their cancellation list upon receiving my voicemail. Obviously, these folks aren't hurting for customers, but their business ettiquette defintely is. Cons: No flexibility w/ app'ts, schedule you weeks out more

I love this guy - Walt is great! I used him once in spring to clean my living room carpet, my sofa and love seat. He was meticulous in his cleaning job of the furniture. Took quite a bit of time. Some contractors gave me such crazy prices I think they were just avoiding the job. His products are all very environmentally friendly, and smell good! The furniture looked brand new when he was done as well as the carpet. I couldn't believe he rushed out here today to clean up my ""carpet emergency"" - but am so glad he did! The carpet looks great, the room smells faintly and pleasantly of fresh oranges. He is personable, professional, and a delight to deal with! His prices are very fair - (I compared, he is right on - and no sneaky marketing techniques either). Pros: Great Results, House smells wonderful more
