Based on their reviews, I made an app't. It was 3 weeks out. I found out at the last minute that I had a conflict with app't time and called leaving a land line message to cancel & reschedule w/ a day's notice.\r
Tamara returned my message, and I spoke with her next. Upon finding out it would be another month before I could get another app't, I asked if I could make one call to see if I could hold my original app't., and said I would call right back. I was told yes, they would hold my app't until I called back. Within 3 minutes or less while on the other line successfully resolving the problem, I got a call back from Tamara saying my original app't time had already been given to someone else even BEFORE our intial convo-you know the one where she said ""Yes we can hold it for you until you call right back""? She wondered aloud whether or not she should have said anything and said she got ""flustered"" and went ahead and rescheduled my app't with the first person on their cancellation list upon receiving my voicemail. Obviously, these folks aren't hurting for customers, but their business ettiquette defintely is.
Cons: No flexibility w/ app'ts, schedule you weeks out
