For the first few years I owned my Hyundai, when you were in your original location on Hwy. 98, the service was awesome. When you first moved to your new location the service was okay but then it steadily went downhill. It got to the point I dreaded having to bring my car in for anything because I knew it was going to take forever, it was never ready on time, I was never called when it was ready, etc. I had decided that although I liked my Hyundai, I would never buy another one again because I was so tired of dealing with the service department. However, the past few times I've brought my car in, it's been repaired quickly & I've been called when it was ready. I didn't have to hunt my car down after hours of waiting. I attribute those changes to Jonathan. He's honest, personable, tells you what he can do in a certain time frame, apologizes if something goes wrong & can't be taken care of like he said he would. He has changed my mind about the service department. Now I don't dread bringing my car in.
