FIRST TIME I AM DISAPPOINTED WHEN I PICKED MY AUTO AS THE WINDSHIELD WAS VERY DIRTY, NOT VACUMED, IT WAS JUST NASTY. WHEN YOU HAD THE YOUNG MAN WORKING IT WAS ALWAYS DONE GREAT. LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A SLOB WORKING NOW. more

Service Visit 8/10/2015

Eastern Shore Hyundai did an outstanding job and took care of my issue without any problems. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The service manager Gerald Dees made it a point to come say hello and everyone from the cashier Cindy to warranty clerk Lori was friendly and nice. My car was washed and vacuumed at the completion of my visit. Kudos to a wonderful staff and dealership. I will be back for all of my service needs!!! more
