Best dealership service I've ever had 8/5/2014

I have been buying cars for 46 years, and this is the first one where the service department has been just as interested in pleasing me that the sales department was. Appointment was easy to make (and change when I needed to), service advisor was talking to me a minute after I drove in, and nobody bothered me as I read in the waiting area. This is the only dealersip that washed my car. Yes, the service was great, but it's the little things that make a difference. Gave dealer service a whole different image for me. more

Convenient to home, great service 7/24/2014

I did an unannounced drop-in routine service appointment with oil change. The service advisor Mr. Dees had me in and out in a little over an hour, and a complimentary wash and vacuum too. more

This is only place I will go to get my oil changed! The staff is great and the place is always clean! I went in for a routine oil change and the auto butler treatment last week. They took great care of my car and myself! more

Great dealership enhanced by a superb service department. The Service consultant, Jonathan Cutler, is by far the best in the business. He and the quality of professionals in his department is why we continue to buy at Eastern Shore. more

Repairs 7/15/2014

Have had a few repair issues with vehicle. Two were somewhat involved and required me returning the vehicle three times for each repair before vehicle was properly repaired. Shop seems unable or unwilling to properly diagnose and repair on first visit. more

Best place to buy! 7/13/2014

I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe Sport from another dealership in MS, but was not pleased with their facility, personnel, or selection. I went back to Eastern Shore (where I had purchased a 2013 Sonata) because I knew what kind of service I would receive. The facility is excellent with loads of selections. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. The service department is outstanding. Their courtesy and professionalism are beyond compare. I learned my lesson. From now on, it's ONLY Eastern Shore Hyundai for me! more
