When I made the reservation for service, I spoke with a woman who was not at your service department. I told her I wanted 4 new Michelin tires on my Jeep Liberty. She said fine and scheduled the appt. Unfortunately she didn't make it clear to parts or service that 4 new tires needed to be in house at the same time as my appt. So, I had to come back a second day when the tires arrived. Other than that, the service was excellent. \r more

When I purchased the car there at East Tennessee Dodge, it was Thomas Payne who sold me the car. He was extra-ordinary and very impressive in the entire process and that same 'excellent' service has continued as I have brought the car in for servicing. The most recent date of service being 3/14/14. That appointment at 1 pm was met with a very kind, courteous, welcoming smile and a professional team of service personnel that couldn't have been more prompt, on time, efficient, and friendly too. pre schedule to have a simple oil change 1 hr and 15 min. THEN WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE THE FLUID REPLACED IN THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL WITH ONLY 15 THOUSAND MILE WHEN I PURCHASED A TOP F THE LINE JEEP I EXPECT THE FLUID TO LAST LONGER THAN THIS I WAS TOLD THAT THEY NORMALLY WERE CHANGED AT 30000 I REFUSED AND IT MAKE ME CONCERNED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE VEHICLE. THIS HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT NEVER OFF THE ROAD. WITH BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE AND IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL FLUIDS???????? \r more

We came in because my battery went dead. The service person told us upfront that it would cost us $70.00 to check the car out and could take as long as one hour. 30 minutes later, the car was checked out and the service man said he would only charge us 1/2 price since it didn't take the entire hour.....something we weren't expecting, but really appreciated. You can't ask for much more than that.\r more

I got off work to discover my battery was dead. it was 7 degrees outside. I got a jump start. then called the dealer to see if they could get me if to check the battery. I wasn't expecting them to say to come on over. it was pretty late. but they got me right in. the battery was bad but they didn't have one in stock but they took one out of a new truck on the lot and sold it to me. they were sold out because the cold weather was taking its toll on them. \r more

I had to have my new wireless ignision key programed and, I had to have a dealer's help. Let's be honest, when something gets broke and needs fixin', the time and expense to get it fixed is not my favorite past-time. The ""Good"" rating is based on, East Tennessee Dodge did what you said you could do, at the price you quoted. Nothing more, nothing less. \r more
